What is it?
An ASHRAE 62.1 IAQ Procedure Software - AirCalcs+ is a free web-based software platform that helps users calculate and compare the contaminant levels from both the Ventilation Rate Procedure (VRP) and the Indoor Air Quality Procedure (IAQP).

Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems
In its simplest form, a dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS) is a type of HVAC system whose primary function is to deliver treated outdoor air into the space it serves. These systems filter the incoming air, remove moisture, and generally reheat the air back to 72°F (or neutral). However, due to the inherent flexibility of the NexGen product line, these units can be designed for dew point control, make up air, and many other applications.

Brent began his career at TBCo in 1997 in the quote department. From those early days, he steadily advanced through roles in sales, branch management, and ultimately executive leadership. Reflecting on the changes he’s witnessed over nearly three decades, Brent notes how technology has transformed the way we work:
