Tom Barrow Company Names Brent Smith Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer and Cyril John Tampa Branch Manager/Vice-President Tom Barrow Company has named Brent Smith executive vice-president and chief operating officer (COO), effective February 1, 2023. In his new role, Brent will assume responsibility for Tom Barrow Company's sales and operations.
