To conclude our 70th anniversary team member highlight series, we are proud to shine the spotlight on David Braun, Vice President of Treasury and Finance at Impact Climate Technologies.
David’s journey with our organization began in 1998, when he joined Tom Barrow Company. Prior to stepping into his current role with ICT, he served as Chief Financial Officer of TBCo, helping guide the company through years of growth, expansion, and industry leadership.
Reflecting on his tenure, David notes the increase in revenue over the years, as well as the rise of many TBCo locations to market-leader status in their regions.
David takes pride in both the personal and professional milestones he has achieved over his 27 years with the organization. “It’s rare for a financial professional to work at the same company for 27 years,” he shares – an achievement that speaks to his dedication and the strong alignment he feels with the team and the company values.
Professionally, he highlights the company’s long-standing reputation as an industry leader in collections, a success he has been involved in shaping.
Equally meaningful to David are the relationships he has built across the decades. “I have built some very strong relationships with many of the TBCo corporate and branch managers,” he reflects.
For new team members entering financial management roles at TBCo or ICT, David offers advice rooted in experience: “It is very important for financial managers to build strong professional relationships with managers throughout the organization.”
